Capital One is a financial services company specializing in credit cards, banking, consumer loans and business financial services.

Capital One was founded in Richmond, VA in 1988 and still maintains a major presence in the Richmond area.

The principle consultant at W3X Media, Benjamin S. Celinski, is currently on long-term assignment working on site at Capital One in Richmond for Celerity IT, LLC. Celerity IT is an Information Technology Consulting Firm based in McLean, VA. Celerity IT has over 600 employees and almost $100 Million in annual revenue.

Job duties include website content management, website platform migration and overall website continuity between the different business lines of Capital One.

From December of 2012 to the current date, Benjamin S. Celinski is on the WWW Portal Content & Configuration Team in the role of Zone Administrator. This team provides ongoing website maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancements to the www.CapitalOne.com  and www.CapitalOne.ca websites. This team specifically supports Capital One's Canadian Website and also Capital One's U.S. Auto Finance and Home Loans lines of business.

From August 2012 to December of 2012, Benjamin S. Celinski was on the WWW Portal Migration Team in the role of Zone Administrator. This team was a Portal Page Factory Team responsible for migrating the www.CapitalOne.ca website from a PHP environment to a Portal CMS environment. Benjamin S. Celinski successfully migrated over 140 pages to the new platform.

From April of 2012 to August of 2012, Benjamin S. Celinski was on the WWW Portal Content & Configuration Team in the role of Zone Administrator. This team provides ongoing website maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancements to the www.CapitalOne.com website. This team specifically supported Capital One's Credit Card, Auto Finance, Home Loans, Branch Banking, Small Business and Corporate lines of business.
